Donation request to the ELMONTEANS are submitted in writing and must  include: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email of person making the request, identifying the individual or organization.  The request must include a statement justifying  the request and amount. Applicants are encouraged to attend the meeting. Requests are reviewed and acted on by a vote of the membership during regular monthly meetings.
